When you visit our site, technical data (IP address, browser type, requested URL, date/time) is automatically transmitted to Vercel and briefly stored in server logs. This is technically required to deliver the website.

Our website content is managed via Sanity AS, Strandgaten 6, 5013 Bergen, Norway.

Sanity stores and delivers website content (texts, images, job postings). No personal data of website visitors is collected.

When you use our contact form, the data you provide (name, email, optional phone, company name, message) is processed to handle your enquiry. Technical email delivery is handled by Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA.

Resend forwards messages to our practice email and sends you an automated confirmation. Data transfer to the US is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (request handling) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent by submitting the form).

Retention: Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them; Resend stores technical delivery logs for max. 30 days.

On our contact page (/en/contact) we show our location via a Google Maps view. Additionally, on /en/tour we offer a virtual 360° tour via Google Street View. Both services are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Important: The map / tour is loaded only after your explicit consent. Only when you click the "Show map" or "Start tour" button is a connection to Google servers established. At that point, technical data — including your IP address, browser and device information, and the page visited — is transmitted to Google. Google may forward this data to third countries, especially the United States.

No data is transferred to Google before your consent.
